We stopped at Burger King on 2-15-2023 for dinner. When I walked in, there were a few people eating, and the drive thru had several cars in line. The resteraunt was very clean, and tables had the chairs pushed in. We a short wait to order, but the staff was very friendly. The food was quick to come out. I had my young son with me, and she brought the food out to us. I really appreciate it when the staff goes above and beyond to help. The food was very good, and we got the 5 dollar deal with one the Jr bacon burger and the Jr whopper. The fries were hot and tasted great. The same with the chicken nuggets and burgers were very tasty. Both burgers were put together correctly and not thrown together. The Jr bacon burger was good, but if I had to choose, I would go with the Jr. Whopper. When the other people left, the staff came out and cleaned the tables. I asked about the crowns and didn't know they were free, and she went and grabbed one for us. Burger King has really stepped up their resteraunt with cleanliness, staff, and how they make their food. I am really impressed with the service. We have not seen this service in other burger fast food resteraunts. All the staff we met were very friendly and happy. I highly recommend trying Burger King in Brookville. Thank you to the staff working on 2-15-2023, that made our experience one to remember. We will definitely be back soon.

Most fast food places these days are staffed with lazy rude employees, slow service, and cold food, I just stopped in for a quick bite to eat then get back on the road expecting the same outcome but this place was different. The employees were kind and friendly, the service was quick, and the food was hot and fresh. Would recommend this particular Burger King.

Driving through the area on the highway over the weekend, decided to exit and get something to eat. This Burger King had very nice employees, and really fresh food! I don't know why I'm so surprised, but I hadn't eaten at a BK in a long time and had no expectations. The fries had just come out of the fryer and were nearly too hot to eat, the burger had a good flavor and the bun was fresh. The only thing that was an issue was the soft drink. Sprite Zero with some grape flavoring tasted simply like seltzer water. Think they need to change the Sprite Zero syrup tank. Everything else was good!

Went through the drive through today around 3 and met the nicest worker. Her name was Aubree. She treated me and my family like royalty Served with a smile and my order was perfect. Shoutout to this team!

Stopped through going home from Erie after seeing the solar eclipse, about 9pm-ish...Had to wait a bit to order as they were slammed and had legit like 10 tickets up. Who I assumed is the manager (lady in tan shirt) was beasting the line and calling food to her team! Clear and concise. Nice voice tone to her team and wished everyone a good night when handing out completed orders. Young lady at the window was hustling! Taking orders AND making food! The team in the back got things out nicely. Everyone was working hard and TOGETHER! Manager checked every single order thoroughly to make sure each order was right! Just thought I'd leave this comment just in case their head management needs customer feedback as to why they all deserve a raise. Thanks for the food and A+++ service!

Great service, man at drive thru was very nice. Late at night so had to wait for cooking, which is fine. I'd rather wait and have hot fresh food.
